This is the first steamer I've purchased. I've used it a few times so far and it works quite well, especially compared to a similarly priced iron. The great thing is that this does not make contact with the clothing like an iron does. I ruined a good pair of pants with an iron recently and I know with a steamer I won't have this problem. This particular model seems to be built pretty well with a long, durable, three-pronged electrical cord. I would recommend this product to anyone.
