Steam Iron with Automatic Retractable Cord Reel and Non-Stick Coating Review

I've had this iron for several years, probably about 5.Never had any problems.Works well.I've just dropped it so many times; the base with the retracting cord has taken the brunt of the abuse.I broke the retraction and am now searching for a replacement part or service since the iron's main function is quite serviceable.
